Secrets, myths and mysteries...these things are not only interesting for children, adults cherish as well for instance mystery novels and tend to be very igneous about gossips and other people’s issues. But this only on the side.

Actually I intended to refer to one of the most beautiful places in England: Dover’s White Cliffs. This location is such an awesome place. In combination with the stories, for how many people and even more interesting for what kind of people these cliffs have already been a shelter... terrific!

It was a shelter and a stash for WWII Soldiers, bootleggers and even for smugglers and pirates.

Just let your imagination run free for a moment and imagine, you are on a boat trip and then a big dark, sordid ship with a flag with skull and cross bones on it arrives out of nowhere.... Does it give you the creeps?

But don’t worry. Nowadays you usually don’t meet pirates on the White Cliffs in Dover any more.
